Joint Venture Equity

Joint Venture Equity investments are made alongside co-investing local operating partners and usually comprise 50-90% of the total equity requirement. Equity investments can be structured as side by side equity with a profit related promote to the local operating partner or preferred equity with a profit kicker.

Joint Venture Equity funding is either structured for one-off investments or allocated as part of a "fighting fund" platform catering for multiple investments over a longer period of time.

Venture Capital

Venture Capital investments are made where Heritage Property Group sees the potential to create value in a management platform as well as via the underlying real estate acquired. These investments share the characteristics of being led by talented and passionate management teams operating in a niche product or geographic area and often in market sectors where the operation of the asset is key to the optimisation of its value.
